We are looking for a part-time Security Guard to work at one of our Healthcare site in  Winnipeg, MB. As a security guard in the Healthcare sector, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers for some of the biggest brands out there!

  • Saturday/Sunday 0800-1630 (must be able to work all days)
• Pay rate - $16.25/hr

What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do?

• Required to work with a team of highly skilled Security Professionals
• Access Control of all exit and entry ways
• Maintain a safe and secure environment
• Complete daily reports and incident reports
• Provide excellent customer service
• Reception Concierge desk duties
• CCTV surveillance monitoring
• De-escalate conflicts and potentially dangerous situations with tact and diplomacy
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications to be become Security Guard in Winnipeg ?

• Valid Permanent Manitoba Security Guard license
• Fluent in English, both written and orally
• High school education or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Legally authorize to work in Canada
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills
• First Aid and CPR Certification is an asset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to use new software programs and technology systems
