Responsibilities: The Senior Manager, Business Development investment, is primarily responsible for the direct management of a team of private bankers and assistant private bankers. He or she plays an essential role in overseeing their performance and providing sales coaching. This team's mission is to provide the organization's priority clients with outstanding consulting services. On a regional level, the Senior Manager, Business Development investment, has an important role to play in helping develop branch managers' skills and expertise in investments and sales coaching ("coach the coach"). In addition, he or she plays a key role in cultivating the knowledge and abilities of all the consultants in his or her market by working alongside them and providing targeted investment coaching. The Senior Manager, Business Development investment, is instrumental to the success and achievement of the market-specific sales and investment growth objectives. More specifically, the Senior Manager, Investment, contributes to the company's success in the market and the achievement of overall objectives by:
