Senior Healthcare Project Manager [BHJOB_]

On behalf of our Healthcare client based in Vancouver, Ignite Technical Resources is seeking an Senior Project Manager (Healthcare) to join our client's team on a contract basis. Summary of the Role:

The Senior Project Manager to lead a team of project managers in physician and pharmacist service delivery, operations design & implementation, and business readiness within digital technology projects. This individual will provide leadership, oversight and strategic facilitation for sustainment, overseeing and managing the successful execution of multiple projects within Virtual Services.

• Provide oversight and implementation support for digital technology projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and standards.
• Collaborate with HLBC operational and clinical teams to identify operational and clinical needs and guide the integration of digital technologies into new care delivery models.
• Lead the implementation of digital health solutions by providing consultation on technical and operational/clinical impacts.
• Develop and implement roadmaps and contribute to the program plan for all digital technology initiatives.
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks and resources to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to maintain alignment with goals and deadlines.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and direction to succeed.
• Provide guidance on the adoption and integration of digital health solutions, leading implementation strategies and performance evaluation.

Skills and Experience Required for the Role:

• Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in managing complex digital technology (or transformation) projects from initiation to completion.
• A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a degree in Project Management, Health Administration, Business Administration, Information Management or a related discipline.
• Experience working within the BC Health Sector is highly preferred.
