Our client's team comprises approximately 75 professionals dedicated to the business operations and enhancement of digital health solutions. Over the last decade, they have invested in eHealth solutions, aiming to progress the digital health ecosystem and improve healthcare service delivery.

Contract duration and schedule: 

• Full-time schedule (Monday to Friday, 7.25 hour days 8:15 am to 4:00 pm ATL)
• Contract duration for two years (24 months), starting November 1st, 2023, with potenthe tial for two one-year renewals (12-month renewals, each).

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Technical/Solutions Business Architect to lead the technical architecture design and implementation for the health initiatives.  The role will report to the Health Director of Enterprise Architecture.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating technical blueprints for DH initiatives/solutions.
• Setting technical requirements, standards, and guiding principles for DH projects.
• Ensuring alignment with strategy.
• Prioritizing managed services and cloud services.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of RFP(s).
• Deliverables include Technical Requirements, Technical/Solution Architecture, Technical/Solution Standards, and Technical/Solution Guiding Principles.
• Travel with the province of New Brunswick may be necessary. The travel expenses will be covered at the client's employee travel rates.
• Our client will provide the necessary technological devices for the project. 

Qualifications

Mandatory requirements:

• A University degree in Computer Science or IT (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of IM/IT experience.
• 5+ years as a lead Technical/Solution Architect on sizable projects.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Availability to work on-site at the Fredericton office.

Other preferred requirements: 

• 5 years managing IT teams.
• 5 years leading technical design sessions.
• 3 years working with Salesforce
• 5 years producing technical deliverables.
• 5 years in multi-vendor team environments.
• 5 years of analyzing/evaluating tech solutions for business problems.
• 5 years in application implementation planning and execution.
• 3 years focusing on data confidentiality and client privacy in app design.
• 3 years addressing business transformation issues.
