What does a Shift Lead Security Guard in Winnipeg do ?

• Required to lead site security officers during the shift
• Maintenance and upkeep of the daily security officer schedule
• Responsible for ensuring post orders are maintained, updated and followed by all security officers
• Ensure guards are efficiently using G-track during their Patrols
• CCTV Monitoring
• Responding to Code Whites
• Maintain a safe and secure environment
• Direct liaison with site client on a daily basis
• Responding to Fire Alarm/Emergency Situations
• Complete daily reports and incident reports
• Provide excellent customer service
• Desk Duties
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications to be become Shift lead Security Guard in Winnipeg ?

• Valid Permanent Manitoba Security Guard license
• Fluent in English, both written and orally
• High school education or equivalent
• Previous experience in leading a team ( Asset)
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills
