Job Description



We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our team. You will work closely with our product and design teams to build and maintain our web applications. You will be responsible for writing clean and efficient code using C# and other related technologies. You will also collaborate with other engineers to design and implement new features and troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise. 

 Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Build and maintain our web application using C# .NET. 
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use. 
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to implement new features. 
  • Work with stakeholders and architects to deliver critical functionality to users. 
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. 
  • Write clean and efficient code that meets our coding standards. 
  • Perform automated and manual testing for accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility. 
  • Work closely with other engineers to ensure code quality and project deadlines are met. 
  • Utilize GitLab for source control. 
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members. 
  • Stay up to date with new developments in web technologies and frameworks.  

Qualifications

  • Two (2) + years’ experience in application design, software development, and maintenance, ideally developing C# web applications 
  • Strong in .NET, REST APIs
  • Always a plus if you have JavaScript, HTML5, React and NodeJS knowledge 
  • Solid understanding of web application security best practices. 
  • Familiarity with containerization including Kubernetes is a plus. 
  • Experience with test-driven development is important. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems.  
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira).  
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.  
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $120,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
