The lovely town of Tillsonburg is looking for a patient focused *Staff Pharmacist *to continue to build this established location.This pharmacy averages 100 prescriptions a day. Open 6 days a week. No daily dispenses. 60 blisters. Full expanded scop. _Fully staffed!_Customer base is mainly small town retirees. Pace is steady but not too busy! Nexxys/Propel RX system in use.Enjoy a _great work life balance_ with shift hours Thursdays, 9am-6pm and every other Saturday, 10am-2pm.*Principal Responsibilities:** Support the Designated Pharmacy manager.* Accurately and timely dispense all prescriptions.* Accurately and timely claim submission and/or registration of all patient focused services performed.* Adhere to opioid policy* Able to operate in a fast paced environment* Consult with patients to maximize Rx and OTC sales.* Perform patient focused services as deemed eligible and appropriate for the patients.* Report any dispensing errors (Medication Incident) found to the Pharmacy Manager or reported to the Pharmacy Manager and head office within 24 hours.* Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, professional standards and applicable laws and regulations.* Responsible for supervising ongoing follow-up and collection of 3rd party receivables.* Maintaining the dispensary inventory level within the prescribed guidelines through accurate perpetual inventory records.* Other duties as assigned*SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS** Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license a *must.** Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism.* Excellent leadership and performance management skills required.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills._Contact us today, you do not want to miss out on this amazing opportunity!_Job Type: Part-timePay: From $55.00 per hourSchedule:* Day shift* Weekends as neededExperience:* pharmacist: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification:* Pharmacy License (required)Work Location: In person
