Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dental professionals, dental clinics, and key decision-makers. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Hatch Group's dental equipment and stay updated on industry trends and advancements. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our dental equipment. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events. Quoting and Proposals: Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to potential clients. Market Research: Stay informed about market conditions, competitor products, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Collaboration: Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare sales reports, and contribute to sales forecasts. Qualifications: Dental Background preferred Proven experience in dental sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities. Entrepreneurial - ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Valid G driver’s license is required. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is a plus.
