Job Summary & Requirements Offer support to leadership members with day-to-day administrative support. In addition to performing traditional Administrative Assistant duties such as word processing, filing, copying, the Administrative Assistant functions as a primary communications link between the rest of the hospital, the public and department staff. Education:
Completion of a two-year college program with a focus in Secretarial or Administrative Assistant work
Ontario Secondary School graduation diploma with commercial options or equivalent secretarial skills
Completion of a medical terminology course or comprehension of medical terminology an asset
Experience:
Progressive experience in administrative roles
Computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint required)
Has worked for a Manager/Director
Competencies:

Able to communicate with a variety of management levels

Strong listening skills
