Your opportunity: As one of the largest Departments of Psychiatry in the world, we serve as a catalyst for progress, mobilizing partners and resources to improve the outcome of those living with mental illness. We strive to provide the best care to today’s patients and to transform the understanding and treatment of mental illness and addiction for the patients of tomorrow. As Appointments & Strategic Initiatives Coordinator, you will work closely with our senior leadership and hospital partners to support and facilitate the implementation of the strategic plan and coordinate the annual faculty appointment review and promotion processes. You will be responsible for influencing key stakeholders to ensure project deliverables and milestones are met timely and efficiently. Your proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scopeall while ensuring strict adherence to faculty appointment policies and procedures will ensure the success of the portfolio. USW Pay Band 12 -- $78,308 with an annual step progression to a maximum of $100,144. Pay scale and job class assignment is subject to determination pursuant to the Job Evaluation/Pay Equity Maintenance Protocol.
