Job Description

Assistant Director, Food & Beverage

Grow your leadership strengths as Assistant Director, Food & Beverage, where you will ensure outstanding operating results through exciting menu offerings and promotions, an engaged team and consistent guest satisfaction across all of our venues. 

Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000 per annum

Job Duties Include:

• Guide and develop our Food & Beverage Managers across all of our venues to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests
• Analyze food and beverage business trends to develop accurate forecasts, closure plans, recruitment plans and strategies to maximize profits
• Direct and assist in the development and implementation of promotional and sales events

Qualifications

• Food & Beverage experience in a senior leadership role required
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
• University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
