As a Care Partner, you will work to meet the diverse needs of the clients you serve in your community by providing a wide range of support which may include light housekeeping tasks (e.g. Dishes, meal preparation, dusting, laundry linen changing, bathrooms), companionship, accompany the client to appointments and assist with errands Build relationships while working one-on-one with your clients to provide care in a facility or their own home; deliver the highest quality of home support with compassion, excellence, and reliability Following each person's customized care plan making sure that clients' ongoing needs for physical, emotional, and safety comfort are satisfied to the maximum extent possible. Pay rate: $26/hour.

• Graduate from secondary school is considered an asset.
• Minimum 1-year experience working with the senior population.
• Flexible to varying care plans (e.g. Personal care vs light housekeeping/companionship).
• Flexible to varying lengths of shifts (minimum 3 hours).
• Positive, solution-oriented professional with excellent communication skills.
• Confident in using an app for scheduling and reporting purposes.
• Desire to help improve the lives of those in your community.
• Dedicated to providing high-quality care services to clients and knowledge of practices and methods of community care.
• Have a reliable mode of transportation.
• Must be available to travel within certain regions if required.
• A clear Vulnerable Sector Screening Check.
