Job Description - Hozpitality - Culinary Administrator

Learn more at: Job Description Working with the Executive Chef to ensure that administrative support provided to all Food & Beverage outlets is consistent and reliable Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ordering Product in accordance to Business levels
  • Track and maintain schedules
  • Work as a liaise between suppliers and the Executive Chef
  • Inventory system management - maintain templates, Inventory pricing, Items and recipes
  • Create Social Media Content for the culinary department
  • Attend weekly F&B meetings
  • Perform all tasks as the Departmental Health & Safety Representative and attend monthly meetings
  • Phone and email correspondence
  • Budget tracking and data recording
  • Menu design and printing for all outlets
  • Create and maintain templates, forms and tracking sheets
  • Other Administrative Duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage an asset
