Position Summary:
Joseph Brant Hospital is currently seeking a dynamic Clinical Manager for Ambulatory Care, Oncology and Endoscopy. Reporting to the Director, Surgery, Oncology and Ambulatory Care, the successful individual will be accountable for the delivery of a positive patient experience, people management, risk management and safety and the provision of high quality care. The role is ideally suited to an individual with a strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills who will promote the delivery of safe, quality patient care, facilitate staff development, and maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the teams and clinics. The successful applicant will serve as a contributor to the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant (HNHB) Regional Cancer Program and will collaborate with regional leaders to represent the performance of JBH to Ontario Health – Cancer Care Ontario (OH-CCO) for both Oncology and Endoscopy. The Manager is accountable for planning, implementing and integrating plans that are in alignment with the Surgery, Ambulatory and Oncology Program’s goals and objectives that align with Joseph Brant Hospital’s vision and strategic directions.
