McKenzie Health Care Recruitment is seeking an Executive Chef for our client to lead the culinary team in creating exceptional dining experiences for seniors within Seniors Independent Living / an upscale boutique hotel setting.

As an integral part of our team youll have the chance to showcase your talent and compassion while making a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Take charge of the culinary team actively involved in selecting planning organizing and supervising kitchen operations to maximize productivity and skill utilization.

Guarantee that each dish served is not just delicious and fresh but also aesthetically presented accompanied by attentive and friendly service that exudes warmth and hospitality.

Display compassion and empathy towards our cherished senior residents.

Exhibit adaptability flexibility and a keen focus on nutrition.

Efficiently manage time and foster seamless collaboration within our team.

Maintain effective communication and cultivate a positive patientcentered atmosphere at all times.

Qualifications:

Red Seal certification is a must.

3years experience as an executive chef

Genuine love for seniors and a desire to enrich their lives through food.
