Alberta Infrastructure is responsible for delivering one quarter of the 2022-25 Capital Plan which is working to address the provincial infrastructure needs of Alberta’s population, and supporting key social programs and services and economic development. The Ministry designs, builds, manages and maintain government-owned and operated facilities, and collaborates with other ministries to ensure that school and hospital infrastructure meet the needs of Alberta’s population. Infrastructure provides accommodation services and manages a large portfolio of owned and leased facilities while maintaining fiscal accountability and optimizing value of Albertans.

Reporting to the Facilities Coordinator, the Caretaker Supervisor is responsible for the provision of caretaking services including effective and efficient property management services, developing and maintaining positive client relations, and managing a workforce of Caretakers at the Queen Elizabeth II Building. This position functions within a demanding, time and quality sensitive framework.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
