Job Description - Autopac - Receptionist

Are you a warm, friendly, and organized individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team of dedicated insurance professionals at our Winnipeg office. The Autopac - Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. This role will provide valuable administrative support to multiple departments within the organization. The Autopac - Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, processing payments, processing Autopac transactions and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications/Required Skills

Level 1 Manitoba Insurance License

IWS Certified 

Experience with Applied EPIC is considered an asset

Experience with Microsoft Office

Experience with Customer Service

To be successful in this role, candidates will need:

Effective communicator, offering a high level of client care and compassion

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Dependable, punctual, and has the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Ability to maintain a high level of trust and integrity while dealing with private and confidential information

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related field
