Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Business Analyst to work for our reputable client, a well-established oil and gas company in Calgary Alberta. Corporate Project Management Office (CPMO) is hiring a business-focused business analyst for theEnvironmental Regulatory Compliance (ERC) project. Business Analysts could be assigned to business process,continuous improvement, business transformation and/or information technology initiatives. Initiatives will be enhancingthe ability of fi nance, supply chain, security, health and safety, regulatory and data management business functions toimprove their business process and deliver on their accountabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• •Collaborate with project team member, including Organizational Eff ectiveness subject matter experts, to leverage theOE Framework and analyze trade-off s between usability and business needs
  •Liaise between the project teams, tax, legal teams and operations teams to ensure requirements are captured andshared across enabling functions
  •Review, consolidate and create current state assessment visuals based on gathered list of services and programs
  •Cumulate and analyze data from business owners to conceptualize workfl ows across borders with highlighted tax andlegal risks.
  •Elicit additional requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, service delivery descriptions, use cases,scenarios, business analysis, and workfl ow analysis
  •Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile confl icts, decompose high-level informationinto details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding
  •Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs andfunctional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: workfl ows, service delivery models and operatingmodels
  •Deliver and/or participate in governance & control education and awareness of how to operate in a matrix organization
  •Successfully engage, drive and facilitate multiple initiatives and deliverables simultaneously
  •Manage and execute on required stakeholder and client engagement across project deliverables to support project planand scope outline
  •Collaborate with project team members to progress the project forward as per project plan and scope outline
  •Manage and participate in Transition to base business scope and activities deemed to be out of scope for the projectteam

Requirements and Qualifications:

Oil & Gas experience – a must 6 Years of Experience.

Adult Learning certifi cations

• IIBA Certifi ed Business Analysis (IIBA-CBAP)
• PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI_PBA)

6-12+ years of demonstrated working experience as aBusiness Analyst role (or similar)
