Our client is seeking a Collections Analyst to join their team in a full-time capacity. This position supports the operations of the company by collecting past-due accounts in a manner that is courteous and professional. If you have previous experience in a collections position – apply now! We’re hiring right away for this position. 

Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers on past-due accounts to collect payment 
• Maintain professional and detailed correspondence with stakeholders 
• Ensure accurate data entry to maintain running logs of correspondence and the status of accounts 
• Facilitate and document any payment arrangements with customers 
• Prepare files, respond to general inquiries 

Requirements :

• 2 + years experience in a similar role is required 
• Proficiency in French, as well as English, would be well-regarded 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word 
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written 
• Highly analytical, problem-solver who takes initiative
