Director, Human Resources Strategy

The Director, HR Strategy reports to the Executive Vice-President and Chief Human Resources Officer and is responsible for developing, implementing, communicating, and executing HR strategy across the organization. The Director, HR Strategy will play a critical role in shaping the company culture, driving employee engagement, and driving organizational growth. Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives and drive organizational growth.
• Lead change management initiatives related to HR processes, policies, and systems to support organizational growth and development.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform HR decision-making, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and identify areas for improvement.
• Be the point person for the creating, coordinating and following-up on all matters that relate to Board or company material.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement programs across the organization.
• Incorporate external best practices to enhance the company’s HR strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR leadership role.
• Project management experience.
• University degree in HR or a related field.
• Ability to translate evidence-based strategy into actionable plans.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate with senior leadership.

Your Preferred Qualifications

• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Global travel approximately 10% of time.
