Job Duties:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the business and, when necessary, recommend steps to improve them.
• Develop and implement operational plans that are in-line with the business’ strategy.
• Oversee business processes and analyze the operational efficiency of the business.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
• Provide advice, guidance, and services to the company’s employees.
• Engage in strategic human resources planning.
• Manage labor and employee relations activities.
• Carry out staff hiring, training and development activities.
• Promote and engage in diversity initiatives and policies for the business.

Skills Requirements:

• Required Education:

• • Post-secondary education specializing in human resources; or an equivalent combination of related education, training and experience are preferred.

Required Work Experience:

• Several years of managerial experience.
• Experience leading full-cycle recruitment and selection.
