Our large and well-regarded beverage manufacturer/distributor client is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support their Supply Chain function in Montreal, Quebec! It will be a HYBRID schedule consisting of 3 days/wk onsite.In this Senior Human Resources Business Partner role, you will provide coaching and act as a strategic business partner for the Supply Chain team on all Human Resources (HR) related initiatives. This role will involve a full range of HR related activities including coaching, talent development, organizational design and effectiveness, change management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and employee and labor relations, among other areas. This position will offer the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative HR team, and to develop and implement strategies to improve the employee experience and foster the development of the management teams. Senior HRBP will also be the primary point of contact for all matters related to labor relations.Assume an influential role with the management teams in the development of strategies and in the achievement of business objectives through the revision of structures and skills profiles, the development of talents and workforce planning.Offers coaching to leaders on human resources approach and labor relations, including performance management, interpretation of company policies and procedures, legislative requirements, conflict resolution, investigations into issues involving employees and disciplinary sanction processes.Actively leads various committees governed by the collective agreement and represents the employer in different instances when required.Acts as a change agent for the human resources vision and promote the human resources management programs and best practices for the organization, as well as being responsible for the implementation of initiatives directly related to the global human resources strategy.Lead initiatives for employees and managers on themes such as training and development, career management, talent management, engagement, etc.In collaboration with the talent acquisition team, participates in recruitment processes to meet the needs of the functional units.The ideal candidate is considered an expert and shows great aptitudes in labor relations management. Additionally, they meet the following:Bachelor's degree in industrial relations or human Resources;Minimum of 4 years of HR experience.Member of the Ordre des CRHA is an asset.Strong knowledge of employee and labor relations laws.Excellent spoken and written communication skills, both in French and English.
