About The Role Altasciences is looking for a HRIS Data Analyst to join it's HR team. The incumbent will develop and maintain Workday reports utilizing Workday Report Writer, Report Designer and Prism. The HRIS Data Analyst serves as a subject matter expert on HR Data Analytics. What You'll Do Here

• Develop and maintain simple to complex Workday reports, including matrix and composite reports, utilizing Workday Report Writer, Report Designer and Prism.
• Deliver meaningful metrics, trends and analytical insights via Workday reporting and dashboards.
• Analyze, design and build new custom reports using standard Workday reporting functionality (ex: Report Writer, Calculated Fields).
• Ensure custom reports function as designed based on business requirements.
• Provide support for existing custom reports in Workday.
• Ability to document the report function and design to facilitate maintenance.
• Participate in report reviews, including understanding and ensuring security and data privacy standards.
• Provide analysis of impacts to reporting based on new releases or updates to system functionality and recommend/apply changes.

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or relative field.
• Workday experience or training required: Proficiency in Workday HCM report writing (advanced Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields).
• Analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to produce high quality deliverables with demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing priorities.
• Good customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Experiencing working with operational teams through systems configurations and deployment activities.
