Job Description - Human Resources Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment

  • Understand the strategic needs of the company and talent requirements, and in conjunction with HR Director, align HR strategy to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with business units to ensure HR initiatives support overall goals
  • Lead HR projects such as employer branding initiatives, benefits plan optimization and employee events to support the organization.

Talent Management

  • Identify talent needs for different business units
  • Participate in recruitment efforts, interview candidates and assess fit
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding process
  • Provide guidance on performance improvement plans
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs

HR Expertise

  • Interpret HR strategies, policies, guidelines and programs
  • Provide expertise in areas such as compensation, benefits, and employee relations
  • Support organizational changes, communicate to employees and ensure smooth transitions
  • Ensure practices adhere to legal recruitments keeping updated on legal practices
  • Handle employee documentation and records

Consulting and Coaching

  • Act as a bridge between employees and management
  • Address employee concerns, conflicts
  • Provide consulting and coaching to branch and department managers
  • Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Align our people management with business strategy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field;
  • Preference will be given to those with experience. HR certification or major
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
