Human Resources Coordinator

Our ideal candidate is from Southern Saskatchewan and has a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business or another related field.

This position is available as full-time/ permanent or full-time/ temporary (maternity leave coverage).

Core Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process including screening candidates, conducting interviews, creating employment offers and onboarding new staff.
Coach/ provide advice to managers regarding leadership and team member performance.
Advise employees on questions related to benefits, payroll, safety, etc.
Propose new ideas to continually improve employee experience and the efficiency of the HR department.
Build internal relationships by collaborating with all departments within the dealership; this includes regular travel to all dealership locations.

Minimum Requirements:
A strong desire to continuously learn and advance your skill set.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Capable of interacting with a wide variety of personalities.
Enjoy collaborating in a team atmosphere.
