Human Resources Manager

Our client's organization is operating in the industrial manufacturing sector dedicated to making a significant impact in their industry. 

The team thrives in a hands-on environment and is looking to welcome an operational HR Manager who would be hands-on in fostering a passionate and positive workplace culture

Responsibilities:

• Maximize HR Operations, including managing data input and ensuring the accuracy of all employee life cycle processes and systems.
• Oversee employee integration, relocations, transfers, and separations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and deliver best-practice HR services.
• Cultivate a performance management culture by coaching and guiding managers to lead and manage effectively.
• Lead recruitment efforts with a focus on building brand recognition.
  • Establish relationships with technical schools to attract top talent.
  • Promote awareness of our industry and company's appeal in the manufacturing, engineering, and value creation fields.
• Improve internal communication to enhance cultural appreciation for our achievements and innovations.
• Foster a more positive environment through consistent messaging.
• Support current and future business needs by fostering the personal and professional development of our employees.
• Strategically contribute to the company's growth.
• Enhance retention and engagement while assisting employees in building sustainable careers.

• A minimum of 10 years of substantial HR management or department management experience in the manufacturing industry. 
• Membership in the Ordre des CRHA Quebec.
• Proficiency in payroll operations.
• Experience with HRIS, particularly ADP Workforce Now.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both French and English.
