Position Overview:

As an HR Associate at Aqua Fast Flush, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR functions and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This is an entry-level position open to candidates with either a Bachelor's or Master's degree, and no prior experience is required. We believe in providing a supportive and growth-oriented environment where individuals can develop their skills and contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.

Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing support on HR policies and procedures.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.

HR Administration:

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR regulations.

Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

Training and Development:

Collaborate with other team members to identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees.

Benefits Administration:

Support the administration of employee benefits programs and assist in addressing benefits-related inquiries.

Compliance:

Stay informed about HR laws and regulations to ensure company-wide compliance.

Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for audits as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

No prior experience required; we welcome candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of HR.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $44,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
