Your tasks will involve:

• Handling HR projects as delegated.
• Managing and uploading confidential documents into the company’s HRIS systems.
• Generating and analyzing reports.
• Handling data entry and performing other administrative duties across various HR functions.
• Providing support for Recruitment, RTW, L&D and generalist projects and processes
• Managing the preparation of materials for events and maintaining inventory
• Assisting with living arrangements and communication for international employees.
• Carrying out any additional tasks as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you should be:

• Enrolled in a college or university program, with a focus on Human Resources or Business considered advantageous.
• Proficient in communication and time management abilities
• Capable to work independently and solve problems effectively.
