Sobeys is full of exciting opportunities, and we are always looking for bright new talent to join our team! We are currently looking to hire a Manager Total Rewards Systems. 

 

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

Total Rewards Planning

  • Responsible for managing the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of the Dayforce system, including compensation, benefits, pensions and recognition programs
  • Supports the planning and creation of the Total Rewards Technology roadmap

 

Project Management

  • Facilitate the planning, design, execution, of TR systems projects (e.g. Project Pivot), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, requirements, deliverables, and timelines
  • Manages project resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful and timely project completion

 

Leadership

  • Team Lead for five project resources including Subject Matter Experts and Business Systems Analysts to deliver on project timelines and deliverables
  • Fosters a culture of collaboration, high performance and agility
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of TR systems with internal and external processes
  • Acts as a liaison between broader project teams

 

Data Analysis

  • Utilizes data and analytics to assess effectiveness of Total Rewards programs and systems working closely with Total Rewards Program owners

What you have to offer:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 8+ years project management experience implementing HRIS for a large employer
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in HRIS software, data management, and integration
