We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our team at Hotel Arts Group! As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery and execution of marketing initiatives that support the brand development and awareness of Hotel Arts Group.

Your primary responsibility will be managing the day-to-day workflow and execution of a content and digital marketing strategy with the overarching purpose of promoting brand awareness and reach. You will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Marketing & Content Strategist to develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan that aligns with the company’s overall business strategy.

In addition to your digital marketing responsibilities, you will also oversee and support the content for our social media platforms, develop a holistic brand strategy, and maintain graphic standards and integrity for all print ads and promotional material distributed internally and externally.

We are looking for someone who is an expert in brand, web, social media trends and email marketing with demonstrated success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with a proven initiative to proactively problem solve, be organized, and able to multi-task various responsibilities across divisions with simultaneous deadlines.

To be considered for this role, you should have a deep understanding of marketing, strong attention-to-detail, and the ability to produce high-quality results that contribute to the achievement of marketing goals and outcomes. You should also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to establish positive and productive working relationships with internal and external clients.

Requirements :

  • University degree in marketing, business administration, communications or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of work experience in marketing or communications-related positions.
  • Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management.
  • Experience in creating and executing successful e-mail marketing, social media marketing, and direct marketing programs considered an asset.
  • Experience with graphic design, web-site management, and other marketing-related software tools, including social media scheduling software, adobe creative cloud programs, CRM tools considered an asset. Proficiency in Adobe and Illustrator required
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (in depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Knowledge of Customer Relations Management (CRM) software considered an asset
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, travel, food & beverage industries considered an asset.
