• Being responsible for the creation, deployment and maintenance of OHS programs and committees;
• Acting as an advisor and analyzing OHS prevention needs;
• Carry out post-accident investigations and risk assessments, issue recommendations and ensure that action plans are implemented;
• Follow-up on visits by CNESST inspectors;
• Identify and address compliance issues, safety risks and opportunities for improvement;
• Facilitate OHS training sessions and OHS committees.

Will you be our next Occupational Health and Safety Advisor?

• You have a DEC in environment, hygiene and occupational health and safety, a certificate in occupational health and safety, a BAC in human resources or industrial relations;
• You have a minimum of five years' experience in OHS prevention;
• You have experience managing a retrospective plan;
• You have excellent decision-making skills;
• You have a basic knowledge of the English language (spoken and written for discussions with our English-speaking teams).
