Job Description - Operations Experience Consultant

Permanent Full Time Ready for an amazing experience working closely with our top wealth firms aligned to Quadrus? Join the dynamic and enthusiastic Wealth Platforms team where you will be responsible for driving a key component of the team’s value proposition as an Operations Experience Consultant.This role is a differentiator for Quadrus, providing one on one customized consultative support to the top-level Wealth firms operating on the Quadrus dealer platform. What you will do
  • Conduct needs analyses with firms: deliver one-on-one operations solutioning as you highlight the tools/resources available within the Quadrus and Canada Life wealth ecosystem
  • Drive productivity and retained Quadrus business by:
    • Engaging with our top wealth firms to optimize their business processes
    • Sharing recent enhancements and best practices
    • Collecting feedback from firms to help inform Quadrus’ path forward.
  • Onboard and integrate new top firms into the Quadrus dealer platform.
  • Drive + prioritize system change + enhancements by partnering with internal teams
  • Incorporate and ensure guideline + policy compliance in the support model
  • Remain current with changes being introduced to the firms from Quadrus
What you will bring
  • 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry – ideally wealth related
  • Creative problem solving: top firms are each unique - while tools and frameworks provide structure, tailored customization is key for successful engagements
  • Solution focus: transform negative experiences to positive experiences, redirecting conversations to focus on solutions
  • Adaptability: this role needs to constantly be aware of shifting and urgent priorities and challenges
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Ability to travel to firm sites and/or internal meetings
  • Strong Microsoft software skills and Investment Centre knowledge is an asset.
  • University degree or equivalent experience
The base salary for this position is between $74,500- $137,900 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
