In 1949 they acquired the four-year-old Vancouver branch of an American-based company. From this modest beginning, the Company now has a Head Office in Burnaby, Eighteen Branches, and Four other Distribution Centers. The Opportunity:
Scope of the position
RSL is seeking to identify a People and Culture Administrator who is a vital member of the People and Culture team and provides support for HRIS, Onboarding and Orientation, and other daily administrative duties. Please note: This role will be based out of RSL's head office in Burnaby and will report to the Generalist, People and Culture. The incumbent will partner closely with employees at all levels across the business.

What we offer:
The target salary range for this position is $52,000 - $56,000 CAD . The pay range for this position is a general guideline only. The salary will depend on internal pay equity and the candidate's relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and job market data.
