Remote Freelance Recruiter

Work Location : remote (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia or Bulgaria)

Work Schedule : min. 30 hours per week

DataForce is now looking for a Freelance Recruiter to join our Sourcing Team. As our Recruiter you will be actively involved in sourcing of candidates for a variety of DataForce projects and programs identifying and reaching out to appropriate audiences, advertising our openings and onboarding resources into the company’s pools.

Role Responsibilities:

• Source (recruit, screen, interview and qualify) candidates for various projects and programs
• Identify appropriate advertisement channels for a variety of projects and programs
• Integrate Internet, social media and professional networking in recruitment strategies
• Build partnerships with universities, organizations and advertisement entities in order to enhance the company brand and increase the interest in our openings
• Represent the company in job fairs and other events beneficial for sourcing activities
• Create and post job adverts on various platforms
• Track and report recruitment KPIs
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
• Build sourcing reports for the internal and external customers
• Proactively search for ways to improve and streamline sourcing processes, build team collaboration and add value for our customers

Role Requirements – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent English language skills (written and oral)
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Resources Management software
• Content creation experience, good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Good time-management skills with ability to handle various open positions simultaneously and prioritize daily tasks
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills; natural, persuasive and engaging communicator with internal and external organizational members
• Genuine interest in diverse languages and cultures
• Strong customer service focus
• Strong focus on cherishing and building up company image
• Strong creative thinking and puzzle solving skills
• Able to adapt workflows to new requirements and work in a multi-cultural global environment
• Able to work in the team as well as independently

Role Requirements – Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably in Language, Communication, Media, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
• Minimum 1 year experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, Staffing or Talent Acquisition roles
