JOB TITLE:
Residence Manager, Staffing, Conduct, and Facilities - Job Reference #202404-03
DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Associate Dean of Students and the Dean of Students the Residence Manager, Staffing, Conduct and Facilities is responsible for developing and leading the student staffing (student live-in and Residence Information Desk staff), and the student conduct functions of the residence system. They will focus on, applying a student-centered, student development, collaborative and integrated approach to supervision, training and assessment. The training of the residence student staff must encompass student affairs ethical principles and standards. The Manager will support the operational goals of the residence system through day to day support of assigned residence areas, and shared on call coverage outside of regular office hours. They will be responsible for overseeing the Residence Information Desk service, managing residence physical plant assets, collaborating with facilities and other residence service partners.
The Residence Manager, Staffing, Conduct and Facilities will:
- Residence staff supervision, minor Rules of Residence issues, and day to day issues in assigned units
- Resident support and follow up in assigned units
- Afterhours, weekend, holiday on call responsibilities
- General support for arising day to day issues, and office coverage
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (unless identified as preferred):

Full Time – 35 hours per week
EFFECTIVE DATE:
As soon as possible.
SALARY RANGE:
PSG 14 - $73,704 - $92,287 per annum (dependent on experience)
