About this team
The P&C Operations group provides an elevated and truly global people experience that is powered by Digital. Enabling CoEs to deliver evolved capabilities by providing digital solutions, creating shared service delivery within P&C to streamline and improve response to people inquiries, and operating through a Product-centric model, the Operations group allows CoEs to focus on strategy & design and supports Business Partners in providing strategic support across the organization.
A day in the life:
The Senior Business Analyst collaborates closely with all P&C CoEs, global business partners, and technology teams to develop comprehensive business and functional requirements for features and functionalities that enhance our internal operations and guest experiences.
The core responsibility of the Senior Business Analyst is to conduct in-depth business analyses that clearly outline the challenges, opportunities, and proposed solutions. This analysis encompasses a thorough understanding of our P&C functions, People Technology systems, and the overall landscape of our current and future P&C, Digital, and Technology strategies and roadmaps. By doing so, they empower the P&C Digital & Technology team to deliver streamlined, scalable, and innovative solutions that elevate our global P&C capabilities efficiently and effectively.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 – 135,900 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

Workplace Arrangement
This role is classified as a hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
