Compugen is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for an initial 1 month contract working remotely. Candidate must currently reside within Canada and be available to work CST. Responsibilities The Senior Business Analyst Will Have The Following Responsibilities

• Producing and managing both functional and non-functional requirements and supporting the collation of acceptance criteria
• Leadership of the end-to-end business requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project, working collaboratively with stakeholders from lines of business, technology, operations and governance & control, always keeping a customer-centric focus
• Proactive identification and management of requirement risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints
• Contribution to Change Management deliverables (stakeholder analysis, gap analysis, change planning, etc.) to ensure readiness of our customers, colleagues and cross-functional stakeholder groups
• Develop and document statements of requirements for considered alternatives.
• Writing accurate, visionary, and relevant user stories and requirement s
• Working with the business define clear, accurate acceptance criteria to be used by developers, testers, and business owners to ensure business need are captured and met
• Endorse business requirements with an emphasis on collaboration, delivery, and a focus on the strategic goals of the project and the business
• Being technology agnostic when matching business requirements with proposed technology solutions
• Take a lead role in the project throughout the full project lifecycle from definition of business needs through to solution fulfilling the defined requirements
• Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and solution providers in the business and externally
• Establish acceptance test criteria with Client.
• Support and use the selected departmental methodologies

Skills and Qualifications could include but are not limited to:

• Minimum of 7 years capturing business and technical requirements for complex technical projects with the ability to understand the technology and work with business units to plan
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience contributing to delivering enterprise level projects that impact a number of business areas, business process and technology
• Minimum of 5 years with developing requirements, identifying business and technical requirements for selecting and implementing an enterprise solution
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working large vendors to define and finalize functionality and overall alignment of requirements
• Experience working with Organizational Change Management to introduce business change
• Proven experience in team building and negotiating deliverables and timelines with the project team, business stakeholders and vendors
• Ability to provide BA inputs and recommendations into an efficient project delivery plan
• Ability to work with/negotiating with multiple stakeholders producing positive outcomes that would minimize delivery risk and/or issues
• Must have the ability to work through complex issues to achieve a successful outcome
• Proven ability to understand, and deliver to project lifecycle
• Ability to adjust to the corporate delivery processes
• Proven experience working remotely, and managing remote teams
• Proficient at MS Office, MS Teams and SharePoint
