Your opportunity: The Senior Research Officer, Behavioral Research Lab (BRL) plays a key role in managing the day-to-day activities and functions of Rotman’s BRL. Reporting to the Manager, Research Services and in consultation with the Academic Director of the BRL, the incumbent is the administrative lead for the lab’s research activities and daily operations. They support the budget/resource allocation planning process, provide support to faculty members’ research through all stages of the process from design to ethics review and implementation of research studies.They are also responsible for assisting in the recruitment of students and research assistants. This position works closely with the Academic Director of the BRL to achieve the strategic research goals of the BRL and support the intensification of research at the Rotman School of Management. Pay Scale Group & Hiring Zone:
USW Pay Band 13 -- $83,150 with an annual step progression to a maximum of $106,336. Pay scale and job class assignment is subject to determination pursuant to the Job Evaluation/Pay Equity Maintenance Protocol.
