Under the direction of the Manager of Admissions & Assessment, the Summer Student will support the Admissions Office. The Summer Student will :
Support Admissions Office process for student registrations. Update various Admissions Office documents. Run and print various reports using the Board’s Student Information System. Support special projects as assigned. Skills and Competencies :
Proficient in Google Suite applications. Solid working knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word). Excellent communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills. Well organized and attentive to detail. Effective : July 2, 2024 to August 30, 2024 Hours: 35 hpw (8:30 am – 4:00 pm) 7 hours per day with ½ hour unpaid lunch Rate of Pay: $16.55 per hour Location: In-person at the YCDSB Catholic Education Centre 320 Bloomington Road West, Aurora Interested applicants may apply until the close of business on April 30, 2024 .
