Qualifications and Occupational Experience:
The minimum educational qualification for this position is a relevant degree. An equivalent sum of relevant education and experience may also be considered. A Master's Degree in Post Secondary Leadership or Education would be considered an asset.
You have a minimum of seven (7) years (full-time equivalent) of recent, progressively senior level leadership experience, with a strong record of relevant achievements in roles associated with the student experience. You have specific experience in post-secondary education.
Occupational experience that includes student affairs, human rights and equity or academic leadership would be considered an asset.
Experience in developing strategic plans and developing/implementing associated workplans.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and currency in inclusive and equitable student policies and practice.
Experience in progressively responsible leadership roles within a large, complex organization, preferably in a unionized environment.
High level of proficiency in digital environments including Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology; and you are committed to using technology to create an exceptional student experience.
Experience in training/facilitation preparation, delivery and evaluation.

Reporting to the Campus Principal, you will:
