How will you contribute?
Under the general supervision of the Supervisor, Materiel Management and Logistics, the incumbent is responsible for all operational functions related to the asset management life cycle for the Senate of Canada.
The incumbent performs various inventory functions, both ongoing and by request, including verification, transfer of assets, physical inventory, tracking and location transfers; takes stock of new appointments and departures; follows up on day-to-day asset management issues and recommends solutions; prepares activity and discrepancy reports and performs asset management functions related to special projects

Open to the general public to establish a list of qualified candidates to fill future determinate or indeterminate positions within the Property and Services Directorate.
This selection process may be used to staff determinate or indeterminate positions at the same level with similar requirements.
