Bilingual Graphic Designer
Adecco is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Graphic Designer. This is a 1-year Remote contract opportunity with a possibility of extension. This role is with one of our public sector client based in Ottawa. The successful candidate must have a valid Reliability Security Clearance .
The Bilingual Graphic Designer will have the following responsibilities:

• The graphic designer will develop and modify cover pages, images, figures for the HS Modernization strategy Tranche-2, Joint Logistics Campaign Plan Tranche-1 and other CCSI communication strategy products such as the development of CCSI and OSM retractable banners, posters, charts, and assorted items;
• The graphic designer will be required to plan and prepare the page layouts and the positioning of text, photographs, and other illustrated materials within the number of pages directed by Client;
• The graphic designer will be required to develop a publishable French version of the HS Modernization strategy and both official language versions for print versions and a digital publication (i.e. pdf and Canada.ca web-site).
• Develop communications strategy products as directed, including Tranche-1 related Joint Logistics material.
• Meet with the team for a one SOW and task-based orientation session;
• Be responsive to the technical authority, or assigned coordinators, for 20 hours per week during business hours between 0700 and 1700, Monday to Friday, for direction and guidance on product requirements and updates;
• Support English and French product development;
• Work virtually off-site at the graphic designer’s facility;
• Computer and IT equipment to perform tasks;
• Work without access to client’s networks;
• Save all graphic products in MS Word and PowerPoint software formats;

The Bilingual Graphic Designer must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Must clearly demonstrate 1 years’ experience within the past 5 years with federal government standards to materials.
• Must have knowledge of CAF strategic document graphics, look and feel and accessibility standards;
• Must hold a valid Reliability organization security clearance;
• Must be able to communicate in both official languages : English and French;
