Drake International is seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team in the GTA Region! If you possess a positive outlook, service attitude, and winning mindset, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities include driving net revenue growth through new business generation and sales opportunity closure.

Responsibilities include:
- Identifying new business opportunities in the local market
- Securing and managing new clients and sales opportunities
- Establishing Drake as a trusted adviser in HR and productivity matters
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant business development experience
- Post-secondary education in related fields
- Preference will be given to candidates with past B2B sales experience in the staffing industry
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics niche is an asset
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Strong prospecting and negotiation skills
- Innovation and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
- G class license with vehicle access
- Flexibility for Hybrid/On the road/In office work setting
