Must have Experience working in similar capacity in a Staffing Company within the GTA area.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and developing new business opportunities for our staffing needs within the manufacturing, food, logistics, warehousing, . You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Proficient in potential client list building, strategic market mapping, job opening lead search.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies and holds a strong network in the industry.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for business development
- Attend industry events and networking sessions to promote the company and build connections
- Present company services and solutions to potential clients in a compelling and professional manner
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships
- Regularly monitor and analyze industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and business development activities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company
- Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on business development activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management roles, specifically in the staffing industry. (Please do not apply if you do not have experience working in staffing / recruitment agencies)
- Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong networking and relationship building abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing business environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM software
- Knowledge of the staffing industry and the complete recruitment cycle.
