Our division is currently seeking a Business Improvement Analyst located in our Saint John , N.B head office. The successful candidate is an enthusiastic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You will work with key stakeholders in our businesses to build and leverage cohesive relationships toward the achievement of organizational goals and a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define improvement initiatives in alignment with strategic goals and drive sustainable growth.
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead process improvement and innovation initiatives to drive improvement in safety, financial performance, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement visual controls and standard work procedures.
- Support the business in developing and key performance indicators and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Stay up to date on modern tools and technologies to drive transformational changes in business.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments in a demanding environment
- Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills at all levels of the organization
- Ability to analyze problems and make recommendations for improvements
- Previous training in Lean, Six Sigma, and project management experience considered an asset
