Inside Sales Representative

I NSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - BROKERAGE 

JDI Logistics is a global provider of third party logistics, warehousing and distribution, load brokerage, and Global Freight Forwarding. We focus on offering solutions for the most complex and challenging material movements, utilizing a lean and efficient process model. From singular freight solutions to large supply chain management, JDI Logistics can integrate and manage a wide array of logistics services Globally. We are currently seeking applicants for a Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Responsibilities Include:

• Identify and qualify potential prospects through outbound calls
• Handle inbound unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales
• Manage all sales activities using Microsoft CRM
• Achieve established sales targets and performance indicators
• Emphasize the value of service features and their benefits
• Maintain and build customer relationships
• Collaborate with other departments 

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Business or a related field
• Proven sales, cold-calling and customer service experience
• Solid track record for consistently achieving revenue and related sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
• Demonstrated drive for self-development and to continuously expand your knowledge
• Confident, outgoing, and personable 
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English required), Bilingualism is an asset
• Transportation experience is an asset
