Your new company
Based in Montreal, the Inside Sales Technical Representative provides a high level of National and Regional Support in the sales of product lines to both internal and external customers. Ensures systematic and conscientious customer service with a focus on the entirety of the Sales Cycle. Main conduit between Customers and Outside Technical Sales as well as other departmental functions including sales coordinator, logistics, production centers, service, accounting and product management. Consistently follows processes to successfully achieve set Process Indicator Targets.
Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
Post-secondary technical education preferably in instrumentation, process control, automation, or engineering
2-3 year of Inside Sales experience in the Instrumentation field or a similar role is desired
Excellent communication skills to work well with diverse individuals, groups and with internal & external customers
Demonstrates a positive attitude to change
Supports teamwork and team spirit
Ensures that the customer perspective is a driving force behind business decisions and activities
Identifies with tasks and is self-motivated
Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
