Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the Logistics Administrator assists and supports our customers by ensuring that invoicing is completed quickly, accurately and efficiently.   • Preparing and processing delivery paperwork, including verifying customer payments and entering serial numbers for product during invoicing
  • Completing exchanges by creating credit notes and transferring product within the warehouse
  • Tracking product movement both within and between warehouse locations
  • Assisting warehouse with customer pickups by preparing paperwork and invoicing sales orders upon completion
  • Checking that returns or exchanges from the previous day’s deliveries has been received into the warehouse

  • Problem-solving and handling inter-departmental inquiries and concerns
The experience we need...
  • Previous logistics experience an asset
  • Previous administrative experience an asset
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure and handle an ever changing workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize daily tasks to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Willingness to work additional time where necessary to ensure that tasks are completed on time
  • Availability to work any day including Saturdays and Sundays

  • Schedule: 5 days a week
  • Benefits: full benefits after 90 days
  • $22.19 per hour
