Logistics & Inventory Support Location Saskatoon :

Flaman Sales Ltd. is seeking a motivated individual for our Logistics & Inventory Support role in Saskatoon, SK . This person would play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of outgoing shipments, inventory control, and operational support. Working closely with the Logistics & Procurement Manager, this role involves handling outgoing shipments, coordinating deliveries, maintaining inventory, and participating in operational tasks both in the shop and in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management
  • Receive & stock inbound orders and package goods for shipment.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse & yard.
• Project Coordination
  • Schedule and track deliveries for incoming transfers.
• Shipping & Documentation
  • Prepare shipping docks and match products with orders.
  • Inspect products for quality and proper code dating.
  • Manage paperwork and records for shipment and receiving.
• Operational Support
  • Oversee loading & unloading of shipments.
  • Conduct quality audits of outgoing & incoming items.
  • Resolve shipment discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe work environment.

Desired Qualifications & Traits

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in logistics, inventory management, or related field is preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Strong organizational & communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work in both the shop & field environments.
