Manager, Distribution

The Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Distribution Manager to oversee our distribution operations, ensuring the efficient, safe, and timely delivery of products. In this role, you will manage a dedicated team, enforce safety protocols, streamline processes, and implement innovative solutions to enhance our supply chain performance and customer satisfaction. You’re good at:

• Managing distribution warehouse operations – managing space, inventory and stock levels, budgets, order fulfillment
• Ensuring the highest levels of Customer service and satisfaction.
• Resolving and troubleshooting issues related to Warehouse operations
• Proactively identifying opportunities for improvements
• Cultivating and sustaining strong working relationship with your staff – serving as a cornerstone of support
• Working independently; confidently making sounds decisions

What you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business admin, or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role in a distribution warehouse.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics
• Well-developed people management skills
• Familiarity and working knowledge of WMS and ERP systems
